How to fix VALORANT's "We couldn't install a required dependency" bug

Hey everyone! I know I don't post on here a lot, but I thought I would make another tutorial after I ran into a problem with Riot's new game VALORANT. When you go to update the game, you would run into an error that would not allow you to install a required dependency for the game. The method I found for solving this issue was to uninstall Riot Vanguard, Riot's anti-cheat system, but it wouldn't let me do it the traditional way. Here I will show you how to uninstall it normally, and also how to use the command prompt to manually uninstall it.

TLDR: Uninstall Riot Vanguard, or run command prompt in administrator mode and execute the following commands:
sc delete vgc
sc delete vgk


Then restart and delete the Riot Vanguard files on your system.
