These are the best sausage balls on the planet if you ask me. The Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuits are great on their own, but add sausage and cheese to the mix and it's amazing!

1 lb. of ground breakfast sausage
1 box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. of another shredded cheese of your choosing

Combine all in a large bowl and roll out in to golf ball size balls. Space out on to parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
