In this episode of Pullmanomics, professional boxing trainer John Pullman goes over various techniques on how to defend yourself and block different types of punches, from a left-handed southpaw stance.

We'll cover blocking a basic jab, a straight right hand, blocking a hook and demonstrate how to combine all these movements together from a southpaw stance. We'll cover blocking punches against a right handed and a left handed opponent while in a southpaw stance.
