🟢材料:
牛肉 300 克
韮蔥 300 克
蒜頭 3 瓣
薑 1 小塊
食用梳打粉 1.5 克
生抽 1 茶匙
蠔油 1 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
水 1 湯匙
澱粉 1 茶匙
鹽、油 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 韮蔥洗淨切段備用。
2️⃣ 牛肉去筋膜切片,用清水浸泡 10 分鐘或多洗幾遍去除血水,加入食用梳打粉 1.5 克、生抽、蠔油、糖、水、澱粉、少許油醃 30 分鐘。
3️⃣ 牛肉走油或快炒至轉色盛出。
4️⃣ 爆香薑片和蒜片,下韮蔥、牛肉翻炒,加入適量鹽,勾薄芡上碟。

🟢Ingredients:
Beef - 300g
Leek - 300g
Garlic - 3 cloves
Ginger - 1 small piece
Baking soda - 1.5g
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - 1 tbsp
Cornstarch - 1 tsp
Salt, Oil, as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and cut the leek into sections.
2️⃣ Remove the fascia from the beef and slice it. Soak the beef in water for 10 minutes or wash it several times to remove the blood water. Marinate the beef with baking soda 1.5g, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, cornstarch, and a little oil for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir-fry or quickly deep-fry the beef to 80% cooked, scoop out and set aside.
4️⃣ Saute the ginger and garlic, then add the leek and beef, stir-fry and add salt as needed. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch and serve.
