This is the Best Bikini Arm Workout from the Bikini Series. Get toned, leaned arms perfect for swimsuit season with this quick effective workout. You'll be sure to feel your best by the pool or at the beach!

You'll need a set of dumb bells for this workout.

Tip: Remember to engage your abs throughout the entire workout.

2. Bicep Curls Forward and to the side
3. Hammer Curls
4. Overhead Tricep Extensions

6. Alternating bicep curls (to let the triceps rest)
