材料:
有盐奶油(室温)110 g

杏仁粒 120 g
巧克力粒 100 g

做法:
1. 预热烤箱170度
2. 加入有盐奶油和黄糖 30秒/速度3.5混合,用刮刀棒把旁边的牛油刮下去,再设定30秒/速度3.5 混合打松
3. 加入鸡蛋、香草精10秒/速度3.5混合
4. 加入面粉和苏打粉用30秒/速度4-5拌匀 均匀(这步骤不可过度搅拌,只需拌匀即可)
5. 加入杏仁粒和巧克力粒10秒/速度4混合
6. 取出面团,用两支茶匙将混合团逐粒放在铺了油纸的烤盘上,以170度烘15-20分钟。
7. 取出待凉后装入密封罐子即可

🍪Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies🍪

Ingredients :
Salted butter (room temperature) 110 g
Brown sugar 90g
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
Normal/low-protein flour 180 g (sifted)
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (sifted)
Almonds 120 g
Chocolate chips 100 g

practice:
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees
2. Add salted butter and brown sugar for 30 seconds/speed 3.5 and mix, use a spatula to scrape off the butter next to it, then set 30 seconds/speed 3.5 to mix and loosen
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract for 10 seconds/speed 3.5 and mix
4. Add flour and baking soda and mix well for 30 seconds/speed 4-5 (this step should not be over-mixed, just mix well)
5. Add almond diced and chocolate diced 10 sec/speed 4 and mix
6. Take out the dough, use two teaspoons to put the mixed dough on a baking sheet lined with greased paper, and bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
7. Take it out and put it in a sealed jar after cooling
