I will make porcelain teacups and saucers using the Nerikomi technique (marbling/agateware), which involves decorating the clay body with mixed colors, and the Neriage technique, in which clay made with Nerikomi is used to form the shape on a potter's wheel.

For this project, I used black iron oxide as a pigment. Stay tuned for the next video of the process to see what tone it will have after firing.
