Resep Sate Ayam Manis (13 pcs)

Bahan marinasi:
500 gr paha ayam filet
1 buah jeruk nipis ukuran kecil
½ sdt garam

Bahan bumbu halus:
3 siung bawang putih
5 siung bawang merah
3 butir kemiri sangrai
5 cm lengkuas
2 sdt ketumbar butir, sangrai
2 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm gula palem
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap ikan, opsional
1 sdt kaldu jamur / penyedap
¼ sdt merica
2 sdm air

Pelengkap:
Sambal bawang    • Awet TANPA Pengawet! Resep SAMBAL BAW...  
Jeruk limau
Margarin untuk olesan
Tusuk sate, rendam air

Langkah:
1. Keringkan ayam lalu potong memanjang. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk, marinasi dengan perasan jeruk nipis dan garam, aduk rata.
2. Iris lengkuas, geprek kemiri, potong bawang putih dan bawang merah
3. Masukkan bawang putih, bawang merah, kemiri, lengkuas, gula palem, ketumbar, saus tiram, kecap ikan, kecap manis, merica, kaldu jamur, dan air ke dalam blender, haluskan
4. Masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam ayam, aduk rata. Diamkan minimal 30 menit
5. Tusukan ayam secara zig zag ke dalam tusuk sate lalu oles dengan margarin di semua sisi. Panggang di suhu 190 derajat celcius selama 12-15 menit
6. Setelah 8 menit balikkan sate kemudian lanjut panggang hingga matang
7. Sate ayam manis siap disajikan

Sweet Chicken Satay Recipe (yield 13 pcs)

Marinade ingredients:
500 g chicken thigh fillet
1 pc lime, small
½ tsp salt

Blended Spices ingredients:
3 clove garlic
5 pc shallot
3 pc candlenut, toasted
5 cm galangal
2 tsp coriander, toasted
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce, optional
1 tsp mushroom stock powder / MSG
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp water

Condiment:
Sambal bawang    • Awet TANPA Pengawet! Resep SAMBAL BAW...  
Kaffir lime
Margarine, to spread
Skewers, soaked in water

Steps:
1. Pat the chicken dry, then slice lengthwise. Transfer to a bowl, then add lime juice and salt. Stir.
2. Slice the galangal, garlic, and shallots. Pound the candlenuts.
3. Add the garlic, shallots, candlenuts, galangal, palm sugar, coriander, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper, mushroom powder, and water into the blender. Blend until smooth.
4. Add the blended spices into the chicken. Mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Skewer the chicken with the zig-zag method, then brush with margarine on all sides. Grill at 190°C for 12-15 minutes.
6. After 8 minutes, flip the Satay and continue grilling until it’s cooked through.
7. Sweet Chicken Satay is ready to serve.
