Ingredients:

2-3 tbsp Desi Ghee
1 tsp Cumin
10-12 curry leaves
15-20 split almonds
1 small cup of Raisins
1 small cup of watermelon seeds
1 small cup of pumpkin seeds
1 cup of Peanuts
1-2 tsp of Coconut flakes
1 cup of roasted makhana
1 cup of thin poha

Masalas

1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

ઘટકો:

2-3 ચમચી દેશી ઘી
1 ટીસ્પૂન જીરું
10-12 કરી પત્તા
15-20 ફાટેલી બદામ
1 નાનો કપ કિસમિસ
1 નાનો કપ તરબૂચના બીજ
1 નાનો કપ કોળાના બીજ
1 કપ મગફળી
1-2 ટીસ્પૂન કોકોનટ ફ્લેક્સ
1 કપ શેકેલા મખાના
1 કપ પાતળા પોહા

મસાલા

1 ચમચી મીઠું
1 ચમચી કાળું મીઠું
1 ચમચી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
1 ચમચી હળદર પાવડર
1 ટીસ્પૂન દળેલી ખાંડ
1 ટીસ્પૂન જીરું પાવડર
1 ચમચી કાળા મરી પાવડર
