COLOURFUL VEGETABLE WOK STIR FRY

2 cups snow peas (or other vegetable)
1 large red pepper sliced
1 to 2 sliced onions
3 tablespoons peanut oil (or other cooking oil)
1 tablespoon or more sliced ginger
1 tablespoon or more chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 to 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a wok or frying pan at medium to medium high heat. Add cooking oil, sliced ginger and chopped garlic. Stir fry for 15 seconds. Add sliced onions and stir fry briefly. Add red pepper and continue to stir fry. Add salt, soy sauce and snow peas. Do final stir fry. Add sesame oil for fragrance and taste just before serving. Enjoy!
