Day 11 - Minecraft Hardcore - Desert village is far away (no commentary longplay)

The previous day, I finished transporting the savanna villagers. Today, I continued working on my trading hall.

First, I got the last two swamp villagers, which took a lot of time.

Then, I brought the taiga villagers using the first Nether path I built, and I managed to get the maps for the next villages I needed: desert and snowy plains. It was a bit of a headache getting those maps because the only villagers who sell them are the cartographers from the savanna and taiga, and the ones I had weren't offering them...

So, I had to create more cartographers of that type to get the maps, but in the end, it worked out!

Oh, and I got a second pickaxe, this time without Silk Touch. I added Mending and bought Fortune books from the taiga librarian.

Finally, I set out on my first ride towards the desert village, but I had to leave my horse in the forest to cross the sea. Along the way, I discovered an ocean monument and kept going. I didn't realize the desert village was so far away!
