Ingredients

500 grams pasta
2 cans tuna in oil
1 packet ( 35 grams ) cream of mushroom powder
½ cup water ( to dissolve the powder )
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 medium onion ( chopped )
1 cup canned sliced mushrooms ( strained )
1 can ( 300 ml ) evaporated milk
1 pouch ( 250 ml ) all purpose cream
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup grated cheese
Steps:

Prepare the sauce; strain the canned tuna and set aside. In another bowl, mix cream of mushroom powder and water, then set aside.
In a pan, melt butter or margarine then saute garlic and onions. Add in tuna and cook for a few minutes before mixing in the mushrooms.
Pour in evaporated milk, all purpose cream, and cream of mushroom. Bring to a boil at low heat. Once simmering, add in salt, pepper, and cheese. Mix until the cheese melts.
Cook the pasta in salt water. Cook until al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, place this into the sauce and mix well. Garnish with cheese on top before serving.
