STRUCTURE
• Area sizes: Box to box on relevant size pitch.
• Arrange the pitch as shown in the video. Place a large goal on the edge of both boxes.
• The practice requires twenty (20) outfield players and two (2) goalkeepers. The pitch is divided into three (3) equal zones.
• Line the teams up in a 4-2-3-1 (white team) and a 4-1-4-1 (orange team).
• The practice always restarts with the white goalkeeper.
• The orange team can only press with one (1) player in the build-up zone initially.
• The white team's objective is to score a goal. The orange team's objective is to win the ball back and score a goal.

STRESSES
• Let two orange players press in the build-up zone and then progress to free play.
• Encourage the orange team to play an aggressive high line and then a deeper block.
• PHYSICAL LOAD: Adjust area sizes based on physical outcomes. Use larger areas for high sprints/distances and smaller areas for accelerations/decelerations.
