3-1-1 Palette of the Week: ABH Sultry Palette

Ever feel like your "old" palettes are not getting enough love? This series is meant to help give you inspiration to pull out those palettes and use them again. I've only had the Sultry palette for 5 months but it had already worked it's way to the back of my stash. So, I'm thankful for the request to pull this palette out and create some new looks with it!
