Today I cooked pork ribs three ways to find out which method gives the best flavor and tenderness: smoked, open fire, and grilled on a Weber.

Each technique brings something different to the table, and I wanted to see which one truly shines.

For the smoked ribs, we used the traditional 3-2-1 method.
For the open fire, we went full Argentine style, 2-hs cooking over the grill.
And as a bonus, we threw a rack on the Weber Kettle Ranch — just to see how it stacks up.

This isn’t a recipe video — it’s a cooking test. One fire, three ribs, and no shortcuts.
