Tutorial kek cawan asas kali ini saya gunakan 3 perisa asas yang menjadi kegemaran kami - Vanila, oren dan coklat! Kek cawan ini sedap dimakan begitu sahaja atau jika suka boleh paipkan buttercream atau icing kegemaran untuk hiasan. Resepi asas dari ibu saya yang saya telah upgrade untuk tekstur yang lebih gebu dan sedap. Untuk setiap adunan kek cawan menghasilkan 11 biji kek cawan.

KEK CAWAN VANILA:
Mentega Bergaram / Marjerin (Lembutkan) 2/3 cawan | 150 gram
Gula Kastor/gula pasir halus 1/2 cawan | 100 gram
2 biji telur gred A (suhu bilik)
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Tepung gandum 1 1/4 cawan & 1 1/2 sudu besar | 170 gram
Serbuk penaik 1 1/2 sudu teh | 6 gram
Susu segar/susu penuh krim 1/4 cawan | 60 ml

KEK CAWAN OREN:
Mentega Bergaram / Marjerin (Lembutkan) 2/3 cawan | 150 gram
Gula Kastor/gula pasir halus 1/2 cawan | 100 gram
2 biji telur gred A (suhu bilik)
1 sudu teh esen oren (boleh ganti dengan oren 1 sudu teh oren Sunquick)
1/8 sudu teh perwarna oren
Parutan kulit sebiji oren
Tepung gandum 1 1/4 cawan & 1 1/2 sudu besar | 170 gram
Serbuk penaik 1 1/2 sudu teh | 6 gram
Jus oren 1/4 cawan | 60 ml

KEK CAWAN COKLAT:
Mentega Bergaram / Marjerin (Lembutkan) 2/3 cawan | 150 gram
Gula Kastor/gula pasir halus 1/2 cawan | 100 gram
2 biji telur gred A (suhu bilik)
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Tepung gandum 1 cawan & 3 sudu besar | 150 gram
Serbuk penaik 1 1/2 sudu teh | 6 gram
Serbuk koko 4 sudu besar | 20 gram
Susu berperisa stawberi/susu segar/susu penuh krim 1/4 cawan | 60 ml

DECORATION: Rainbow sprinkles

SUHU MEMBAKAR: 170℃ selama 25 hingga 30 minit, atau sehingga cake tester/lidi pencucuk bersih bila dicucuk pada bahagian tengah kek. Gunakan api atas bawah dan bakar menggunakan rak kedua dari bawah/rak tengah. Panaskan ketuhar selama 10 minit sebelum membakar kek.

In this video, I'll show you on how to make fluffy and soft cupcakes with 3 flavors - vanilla, orange and chocolate. These cupcakes are already delicious on their own but you can pipe with buttercream if you like. I just used rainbow sprinkles to decorate my cupcakes. This is a basic butter cake recipe passed down from my mum but I 've made some modification to give the recipe a new twist. Each recipe yields 11 pieces of cupcakes.

VANILLA CUPCAKES:
Salted butter (softened) 2/3 cup | 150 grams
Caster sugar/fine granulated sugar 1/2 cup | 100 grams
2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp of vanilla essence
All purpose flour 1 1/4 cups & 1 1/2 tbsp | 170 grams
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp | 6 grams
Fresh milk/Full cream milk 1/4 cup | 60 ml

ORANGE CUPCAKES:
Salted butter (softened) 2/3 cup | 150 grams
Caster sugar/fine granulated sugar 1/2 cup | 100 grams
2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp of orange essence (can substitute with 1 tsp of Sunquick)
1/8 tsp of orange coloring
Zest from 1 orange
All purpose flour 1 1/4 cups & 1 1/2 tbsp | 170 grams
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp | 6 grams
Orange juice 1/4 cup | 60 ml

CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES:
Salted butter (softened) 2/3 cup | 150 grams
Caster sugar/fine granulated sugar 1/2 cup | 100 grams
2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp of vanilla essence
All purpose flour 1 cup & 3 tbsp | 150 grams
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp | 6 grams
Cocoa powder 4 tbsp | 20 grams
Strawberry flavored milk/fresh milk/full cream milk 1/4 cup | 60 ml


DECORATION: Rainbow sprinkles

BAKING TEMPERATURE : 170℃ for 25 to 30 minutes, or until inserted cake tester/skewer comes out clean. Bake using top & bottom heat, at second from below rack/center rack. Preheat oven for 10 minutes before baking.
