Tesla Model 3 White Leather Install DIY

DIY Installation Video of Tesla 3 White Leather kit from TSportline. This install took about 12 hours not including the door panels. The door panels will be covered in a separate video if anyone is interested. This kit is very well engineered and produced with high quality and reasonable installation difficulty. This is not an easy install and the kit is "for professional install only" says TSportline. I will say that the $600-800 USD install estimates would be well worth the money because of the high level of difficulty, time, and pain in the hands. Also this type of install is a skill and like most skills the first time you do it is not the best. Repetition increases skill, so pay someone to do it!

The door panels took about 8 hours, it would be faster if I did it again, maybe 4-5 hours. Most of the time was figuring out how to approach the issue of the inserts being hot welded (plastic melted rivets).
