Thank you for joining me for this effective all standing workout for the upper body. These exercises focus on our arms and abdominals and are appropriate for beginners and seniors.
I'm using 4 pound hand weights for this workout. Feel free to start with lighter dumbbells or even water bottles or soup cans. Please have a chair or base of support nearby for a few of the exercises. Always go at your own pace and remember that a few reps with perfect form is preferred over many reps with improper form.
