Ingredients
8 Lamb Chops

For the Lamb Marinade

2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp freshly grated Black Pepper
1.5 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp Berberre
½ tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Fenugreek, opt
Handful of Fresh chopped Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Mint)
Olive Oil to form paste

For the Chimichurri Sauce

1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Handful Cilantro
1 Half Handful Fresh Mint
Coarse Sea Salt
Freshly Ground Black Peppercorns
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Having completed a “Diplome de Cuisine” at the famed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Paris, as well as the highly rated Walnut Grove Cookery School in France’s Loire Valley, Walter relies on his French training and techniques to assure top quality, but remembers his Texas roots and always cooks from the heart!
