BenQ MH740 DLP Projector Repair No HDMI

This is a BenQ MH740 sent in by a viewer who had some trouble after a storm. We suspect they got hit through the HDMI 1 port since the TVS Diode arrays(That I kept calling transformers for some reason) were shorted.
I had to replace the one HDMI switching IC and 2 of the TVS diode arrays.
It's still fascinating to me how many different projectors use the same chassis and layout. I'm sure to more professional types this is not a big deal but it strikes me as interesting. Maybe I'm just weird. :)

Here is a list of all the different projectors that use the same lamp as this model. Most of the internals will match as well. The main-boards, DMDs, and features may vary but fans, power supplies, ballasts, etc will be close enough for the most part.

Some models use lamp housings with a different notch pattern on the front, but those notches can be dealt with. The Philips lamp in this model works across all of the other models.
