Here is the important things to remember when you develop a new habit in your life:

1 Pick only one habit at a time
2 Work on building your new habit consistently / daily
3 Don't leave habit building for more than 3 days in a row
4 Understand how willpower works - give time to develop your new habits in the early hours of the day
5 Start small and build momentum by taking action


You are what your habits are. So invest your time and energy in building one or two core habits that will lead you towards your desired path.
