15 Min Pilates Abs | Pilates for Weight Loss & Strength 28 Day Challenge Day 2

This beginner pilates ab workout includes a warmup, a pilates ab workout with no equipment, and cooldown stretching. This workout includes both concentric ab movements like crunches, and isometric ab exercises like plank variations to develop strength in the rectus abdominis, obliques and TVA.
My goal is to select exercises that challenge and strengthen you enough to stimulate change in your body. Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, or "toning"/ "sculpting", it is important to feel challenged in the workouts you select. If your goal is weight loss or toning/sculpting, a calorie deficit is necessary, as exercise alone can not shrink or "tighten" any area. Whatever your goal is, I hope you find my workouts are easy to follow, challenging, and enjoyable!
