When Tam Woon Biu discusses the debate between Chan Yiu Min and Ng Chung So, Tam's emphasis is on the name of the system. However, in the 37 years that I have been involved with Wing Chun, I have heard this basic story from many people, and each time the details of the story change. I include the footage here as an example that people agree that there was a debate, and it concerned telling the true story of Wing Chun.
