We're going to bust some myths related to sensory diets and help you identify the right ‘recipe’ for your child’s sensory system! Keep in mind, we are not sharing medical advice and you should always seek out in person occupational therapy services if possible to get specific tools and strategies for your child, when it comes to a sensory diet.
