1- Getting into the pose
To pull off this challenging little move: catch your inner foot and thoroughly external
rotate your arm. Then draw your elbow forward as you lift up your arm and back leg

2- Samasthiti and Gesture into pose
Helpful tip: This is pose is simply a fancy variation of Samasthiti: make standing
upright the root of everything you do.

3- Make vertical lines with these 3 parts of your body: upper arm bone of your top
arm, the shin of your back leg, and the central axis from head to standing leg.

4- After positioning your arms and legs where you want them adamantly brace and
fix them in position in order to win leverage to suck your spine forward and create a
agreeable expansion across your chest.

5- To make this challenging pose more accessible and easier to do: catch your foot
with both hands; catch a tie instead your foot; and for a super baby version (as
shown in one of the videos) keep your arms down like doing samasthiti and simply
reach back, catch your foot and thrust back through your leg as you expand your
chest.
