Aaj mein bina fry kar kiye aur easy tarike se Palak Kofta ki recipe banaungi jise aap ek bar banake khayenge na to bar bar khane ka maan karega.

Ingredients:
To Make Kofta Balls:
2 Cups Chopped Spinach
Salt As Per Taste
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Cup Gram Flour

To Make Tomato Mixture:
1 Cup Tomato Puree
2 Tsp Coriander powder
2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder

To Make Garlic Onion Paste:
3-4 Chopped Onion
2-3 Green Chilli
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1-Inch Chopped Ginger
¼ Tbsp Water

To Make Palak Kofta:
Kofta balls
Tomato mixture
Garlic onion paste
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 stick cinnamon
2 bay leaf
6-8 black pepper
1 black cardamom
2-3 tbsp oil
2-3 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Water as required
