Bio

Geusseppe holds the position of Head of LATAM at Access Partnership, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the field. His career includes high-level positions such as Deputy Director for the Communications Industry of the ICT Ministry in Colombia, advisor to the National Spectrum Agency (ANE), and the Communications Regulator (CRC). He has also served as a consultant for Digital Catapult and BMI Consulting in London, amongst others.

In his current role, Geuseppe leads technology policy in Latin America. He assists governments, organisations, and multilateral organisations in addressing pressing issues related to connectivity and digital transformation. His work includes designing connectivity policies, providing regulatory recommendations for technology and telecommunication companies, and offering tech policy advice to some of the world's largest tech companies.

On the academic front, Geuseppe holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia. He also has a Master of Science in International Technology Management (with Distinction) from the University of Warwick (UK). Currently, he is pursuing a Master in Innovation and Digital Entrepreneurship Management from Sergio Arboleda University.
