The GB9 test is a great way to track your progress. 9 minutes total - 5 movements for one minute with 1 minute rest inbetween, doing as many sets as you can in each minute of activity. Make sure you grab a pen and paper to track how many sets you complete so in 3 months, you can perform the test again and compare your results.
