One of the most important concepts on the serve is the up and out swing path.

Most of the time when players serve into the net, they swing down on the ball around contact and often this is caused by the fact that you can look at your target through the net.

In order to consistently get that ball over the net and into the service box you must swing up and out.

If you master this up and out swing path, you’ll quickly begin to develop more consistency on your serve with more net clearance.
