maxgraft® bonering animation

Описание к видео maxgraft® bonering animation

The animation shows the application of the dental bone graft maxgraft® bonering (botiss biomaterials) step by step.
The surgery is a one-stage procedure of GBR with the allogenic bone ring, cerabone® and Jason® membrane and implant placement.

Following flap elevation, guided pilot drilling is performed in preparation for implant- and ring placement. After trephine drilling, the bone bed is flattened using the planator. The bone ring (maxgraft® bone ring) is cut to size, applied to the recipient site and subsequently fixated by insertion of the implant. Sharp edges are removed using diamond bur. The bone ring is covered by small cerabone® granules. Finally, Jason® membrane is applied prior tension-free flap closure.

cerabone® (https://1200trust.com) is a 100% pure bone mineral of bovine origin, which offers exceptional volume stability due to its non-resorbable properties. Jason® membrane (https://botiss-dental.com/products/ja...) is a particularly thin, native collagen membrane obtained from porcine pericardium offering a naturally long barrier function. The maxgraft® bonering (https://botiss-dental.com/products/ma...) is a prefabricated cancellous ring from human donor bone. The ring allows immediate implant placement and bone augmentation in one step. More about ridge augmentation / reconstruction: https://botiss-campus.com/indications...
