In this video I talk about my Comrades race day plan. I break the route down into 10km segments and focus only on the next 10km segment. I have a plan A, B, C and Z. Plan A is my target plan. Plan B is my fallback plan in case something small happens. Plan C is the finishers plan - finish just under 12:00:00. Plan Z is a temporary plan in case of disaster - this plan takes you as slow as possible to beat the cutoff points, until you are ready to go back to plan A, B, or C.
