Hi friends! I gave birth to my second son via successful vbac at 38 weeks. In this video I discuss my overall experience with having a successful vbac and some tips. I was in active labor for a little over 3 hours (5-10cm). I consistently drank red raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy and I believe that is what helped to tone my uterus for a vbac and expedite my time in labor.
