In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how to use branches in workflows in HubSpot
You can use branches in workflows to send enrolled objects down multiple paths based on specific conditions.
Steps to follow:
Step 1. In workflows, there are two types of branches.
Step 2. If-then branch and Value equals branch.
Step 3. In this tutorial, we will show you how to use if-then branches.
Step 4. To add a branch action to a workflow.
Step 5. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation and click Workflows.
Step 6. To edit an existing workflow, hover over the workflow and click Edit actions or click create a new workflow to create a new workflow.
Step 7. Click the plus icon to add a new action.
Step 8. In the right panel, select If/then branch.
Step 9. After selecting the If-then branch action.
Step 10. Select the filter type, then select the criteria for the if-then branch.
Step 11. In the right panel, in the Branch name field, enter a name for the branch.
Step 12. After selecting the criteria, click Apply filter.
Step 13. After adding your first if-then branch condition, you can add more if-then branches. Click Add another branch To add more branches.
Step 14. When you're done, click Save.
Step 15. To clone a branch, hover over the branch, then click the duplicate clone icon.
Step 16. At any time, you can reorder branches within an if-then branch.
Step 17. Click the if-then branch action.
Step 18. In the right panel, hover over the branch, then click and drag the blue drag-and-drop bar to the desired location. Or, click the More dropdown menu and select Move up or Move down.
Step 19 .Once done, Click Save.
