St.Thomas Pilgrimage on 30.10.2022

Catholic Deaf Association of India organised the St.Thomas Pilgrimage on 30th October 2022. Around 150 Deaf participants visited the churches founded by St.Thomas the Apostle . Members from Thrissur, Kottayam, Kannur, Ernakulam, Alappuzha and Trivandrum zones visited St.Thomas Churches- Palayoor, Kodungallar and Kottakkavu. Fr. Preyesh Kalarimariyal Director of ADAM Ministry and Fr.Biju L. Moolakarana, Director of Navadhvani Ministry offered the Holy Mass in Indian Sign Language (ISL) at St.Thomas Church, Palayoor. In addition, Fr. Preyesh explained about the importance of the pilgrimage to our members at St.Thomas Palayoor, Kodungallar and Kottakkavu. Rev. Fr. Rector Davis Kannampuzha explained the history about the first Church - St.Thomas Church, Palayoor in India. Next year, Catholic Deaf Association of India could plan to organise the remaining four out of seven churches for St.Thomas Pilgrimage.
