Описание к видео Mountain Biking Lamb Loop | East Rim Trail System | Cuyahoga Valley National Park, OH

The East Rim Trail System, located in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, is one of the premiere spots for mountain biking in Ohio. It has four trails: a 2.5 mile intermediate loop simply named "East Rim," a 1/3 mile black diamond/expert trail named Post Line that splits off of East Rim, and the 4.4 mile Lamb Loop depicted in this video, a 1 1/4 mile downhill trail named Edson Run, which begins at the Lamb Loop trailhead and merges . The two loops run counter clockwise on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and clockwise on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

This video features highlights of a clockwise run of Lamb Loop. The trail has excellent flow, with many small to mid-size tabletops and several rocks for jumps.
