High speed multi-format capping machine. | HG Robotics

We present an automatic capping machine for closing various types of closures. By duplicating the machines and separating the products into two conveyors, we can achieve up to 100 pieces per minute capacity.

The machine consists of four rollers, which twist previously applied closures. Capping machine will work well for many types of closures (pumps, triggers, flip-tops etc.)

The device is fully modular - we can adapt it to different production lines. All production of the machine takes place in Poland, Europe. This is especially important for the delivery and service of the machine.
