Conway Stewart #16 fountain pen restoration - Episode 2

After cleaning the barrel in the ultrasonic cleaner the perished ink sac is removed.
Then the nib is checked on the nib straightener block with a burnisher till the tines are aligned.
The new ink sac is cut to size and installed.
A piece of 1 thou brass sheeting is used to clean out between the tines,
Lastly the sac is secured in place with shellac,
