The River Raisin Ragtime Revue performs "Original Jelly Roll Blues" of Ferdinand "Jelly Roll" Morton, considered by some to be the first published jazz composition. The performance took place Saturday, August 11, 2018 at The Ark in Ann Arbor, MI. Video by David Schall. Orchestra musicians include: Danielle Belen and Eliot Heaton, violins; John Madison, viola; David Pashlakai, cello; Shantanique Moore, flute; Ryan King, clarinet; Ross Turner and Clark Irwin, cornets/trpts; Robert Lindahl, trombone; William Pemberton, helicon and leader; Andre Dowell, drums; Rod McDonald, banjo; and Doug Scott, piano.
