Quiet spaces session 2

Welcome to the second weekly session of Quiet spaces.

These sessions aim to create a space for relaxation and stillness through ambient music. The music will slowly grow over a 30 minute period through looping, until it takes on a life of it's own. I invite you to rest in this space with me in whatever way you feel you want to. There is no right or wrong way.
