(Update 02/08 - I recently updated the print recipe to include gelatin. This was not in the original recipe and in this video but I felt that the cake was a bit too soft and hard to handle without the gelatin and so i decided to add that to the recipe). Of course with gelatin, the cake won't be vegan.
The recipe on my website makes one small 6.5 inches dia round cake. In this video, I am doubling the recipe to make a 2 layered cake using two 6.5 inch dia round cake tins. This is great for special occasions! If you want to make this recipe for only yourself, then I recommend making only 1 small cake which will give you about 6-8 decent size servings!
