𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐥:
Mix Dal(मिक्स दाल) - 1 Bowl
Water(पानी) - As Required
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 4-5 Nos
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Asafetida Water(हींग पानी) - Some
Ghee(घी) - 1 Tsp
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚:
Oil(तेल) - 1-2 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) -1 Tsp
Curry Leaves(कड़ी पत्ता) - Some
Dry Red Chili(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 2
Tomato Paste(टमाटर) - 2 Nos
Ginger & Raw Mango Paste(अदरक और कच्चे आम का पेस्ट) - Some
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp
Water(पानी) - As Required
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Boiled Potato(आलू) - 2-3 Nos
Onion(प्याज) - 2 Nos
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2 Nos
Fennel Seeds Powder(सौंफ पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Mint Leaves(पुदीने की पत्तियां) - Some
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐚𝐧:
Milk(दूध) - 1/2 Cup
Curd(दही) - 1/2 Cup
Sugar Powder(चीनी ) - 1 Spoon
Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 2 Spoon
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Oil(तेल) - 2 Spoon
Eno(ईनो) - 1 Sachet
Wheat Flour(गेंहू का आटा) - 2 Cup
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
Nigella Seeds/Onion Seeds(कलोंजी) - Some
White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - Some
Butter/Ghee(बटर/घी) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐥, soak mix dal like - Rajma, Chhole, Moong Dal, Urad Dal, Toor Dal, and Chana Dal for 4-5 hours. Keep the cooker on the flame, and add Water, soaked Dal, Green Chili, Hing Water, Turmeric, Ghee, and Salt. Cover with lid and give 2-3 whistles. Then release the pressure and transfer the dal to the handi.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚, keep the tadka pan for heating, add some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Dried Red Chili, Tomato, Ginger & Raw Mango paste, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Water, and Coriander Leaves. Cook well and transfer the Tadka to the handi. Mix, stir, cover, and cook for 5 minutes then turn the flame off.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, take a big bowl, add boiled & mashed Potato, finely chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Fennel Powder, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt to taste. Mix all well and keep aside.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐚𝐧, take a big steel plate, and add Milk, Curd, Powdered Sugar, Milk Powder, Salt, Oil, Eno, and Wheat Flour/Atta. Mix well & bind the soft dough. Cover with a wet cloth & keep aside for half an hour. Then make dough balls, and roll the chapati. Then place the filling in the center, and apply water. Then fold it again in a triangle shape. Spread it with the rolling pin. In the same way, make all the Naans. At last, apply Water to the backside of the Naan & cook the Naan. Then cook it on the direct flame as shown in the video. Apply some Butter/Ghee to it and serve the Crispy Tandoori Naan with Tasty Navratna Dal and enjoy!
