Vytas here, teaching you how to move better with yoga. This is just 10 minutes of straight forward mobility. All of us sit too often, but that doesn’t mean we need to get up and jog every time we want some physical activity. I’m going to show you how to engage your body in a calming manor.

We’re staying on the floor for these moves, so having a mat handy will definitely help. Some of these bridge poses will have you looking like a pretzel, but there’s definitely technique to it. I’ll show you how to hold these poses.

Try to be in control of how you move, and don’t forget to breathe deeply. We’ll end with downward facing dog and forward folds, which should come easy at this point. For some of us, the heels may never get down, but that’s okay. This will still help you stretch the backs of your legs.
