Caroline Pierce here, showing you a dynamic stretching routine. These at-home exercises don't require any extra equipment or trips to the gym. Here, I'll be doing 12 exercises with stretches. You can combine these stretches with any workout of your choice.

The reason we stretch is to make the muscles warm, pliable, and stretchy. We're going to stretch everything from our arms to our hips, without a muscle left behind.
