INGREDIENTS:
5 — Eggs | కోడి గుడ్లు | अंडे
1 spoon — Red chilli powder | ఎర్ర కారం పొడి | लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 spoon — Salt | ఉప్పు | नमक
1/4 spoon — Ginger Garlic Paste | అల్లం వెల్లుల్లి పేస్ట్ | अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1/2 spoon — Chicken Masala | చికెన్ మసాలా | चिकन मसाला(EVEREST)
1/2 spoon — Dried Fenugreek leaves | ఎండిన మెంతి ఆకులు | सूखे मेथी के पत्ते
1/4 spoon — Turmeric powder | పసుపు పొడి | हल्दी पाउडर
1/2 spoon — Cumin Powder | జీలకర్ర పొడి | जीरा पाउडर
1/4 spoon — Pepper powder | మిరియాల పొడి | काली मिर्च पाउडर
4-5 -- Clove | లవంగం | लौंग
2-3 — Cardamom | ఏలకులు | इलायची
1-2 — Cinnamon | దాల్చిన చెక్క | दालचीनी
1 small size — Black stone flower | బగరా పువ్వు | काले पत्थर का फूल
2 chopped — Green chillies | పచ్చి మిరపకాయలు | हरी मिर्च
6-8 — Cashew | జీడిపప్పు | काजू
1 — Onion | ఉల్లిపాయ | प्याज
3 spoons — Curd | పెరుగు | दही
10-20 leaves — Coriander leaves | కొత్తిమీర | धनिए के पत्ते
Oil | నూనె | तेल
Water | నీరు | पानी


Tips:
1) Keep eggs in Fridge, it will avoid breaking while boiling.
2) After adding grinded paste make sure you roast it untill it stick to pan (Lightly burns), this will give good smoky taste to curry.
3) If you want to serve with Indian bread don't add more water while boiling.
4) Use very little amount(1/4 tspn) of mustard oil while cooking. This will give very good taste.
5) Beat curd before adding, this will look creamy and give nice texture.
6) Don’t use soar curd, it will spoil taste of curry

Reheat technique:
1) Heat it on stove adding little amount of water. Don't use oven.
