Ingredients (1 tray, about 20 pieces):
Almonds 120g
Brown rice flakes 200g
Sunflower seeds 100g
Pumpkin seeds 120g
Black sesame seeds 10g
Dried cranberries 50g
Walnuts 80g
Butter 1 teaspoon
Syrup: Water, sugar, rice syrup (1:3:9 ratio)

Quick Recipe:
Roast the nuts and seeds.
Prepare the rice syrup sauce.
Mix nuts and sauce until combined.
Press into a mold to shape.
Cut into desired sizes before cooling.
