Startup Central: On this edition of Startup Central, Aishwarya Patil caught up with Raghav Joshi, Co-Founder, Rebel Foods. The story of Rebel Foods started with the Kolkata Street Wrap and they later transitioned to other categories. H said that the business currently skewed towards cloud than offline model. Rebel Foods has a cloud kitchen network of more than 350 plus kitchens. The company reached operational profitability in India and plans to list on the bourses and raise more funds depending on their performance in the near term. The valuation of the company stands at $1.4 billion. He also adds that the cash position is comfortable currently, and the company is not in a hurry to pump in money.
