James Ernest explains Prima Carta, a gambling game for the Postas deck, from Crab Fragment Labs.

Prima Carta is a simple, "ancient" gambling game. Up to five players can bet on which of the suits will finish first, after a series of passes through the deck. After the first pass, players must decide whether to fold or continue for another bet. Since the deck is never reshuffled, it's possible to gain an edge by remembering the order of the cards.

The Postas Deck is a 50-card deck with ranks 1 through 10 in five suits (and an optional 11th rank for playing Vines games). You can find the rules for Prima Carta and other Vines and Postas games at Crab Fragment Labs.
