బ్రిటిష్ వలస పాలన నాటి చట్టాలను ప్రక్షాళించేలా రూపొందించిన మూడు నూతన నేర న్యాయ చట్టాలు... భారతీయ న్యాయ సంహిత, భారతీయ నాగరిక్ సురక్ష సంహిత, భారతీయ సాక్ష్య అధినియమ్... జులై ఒకటో తేదీ నుంచి అమల్లోకి రానున్నాయి. భారతీయ న్యాయసంహితలోని సెక్షన్ 106 సబ్ సెక్షన్ 2 అమలును తాత్కాలికంగా నిలిపివేశారు. రాజద్రోహం స్థానంలో దేశద్రోహం అనే కొత్త పదాన్ని చేర్చారు..
