This pelvic floor, safe full body class blends Hypopressives with Pilates-inspired movement to help you build strength, coordination, and confidence in your body, without bracing, gripping, or forcing.
The session combines breath-led Hypopressives with gentle functional movement patterns inspired by Pilates. Together they help improve posture, core coordination, and pelvic floor support in a calm and intelligent way.
Rather than focusing on squeezing or pushing harder, this class focuses on timing, breath, and whole-body integration.
What we explore in this class: Hypopressive breathing and rib expansion, Pilates-inspired strength and control, Pelvic floor coordination without gripping, Core support without bracing, Posture and alignment, Functional movement patterns.
The aim is to create strength that supports you in real life, not just on the mat.

This session is suitable for: beginners and experienced movers, women returning to exercise after a break, postnatal recovery, menopause transitions, those with pelvic floor symptoms such as leaking, heaviness or pressure, anyone wanting a pelvic floor–safe approach to core strength
No prior experience with Hypopressives or Pilates is required.
