We kick off Day 9 with the best legs workout that you can perform at home to build a lean, strong & toned lower body. This at home leg workouts targets the complete lower body from the glutes, thighs, quads, hamstrings & calves. This is a follow along at home leg workout that you can perform with no equipment needed. This workout consists of the best bodyweight & strength leg exercises to help build strong, lean & tone muscle.

👉🏼 40Secs On, 20Secs Off
👉🏼 15 Lower body exercises
👉🏼 3 Sets For 10 exercises & 2 sets for the last 5 exercises
